As a queer (trans/non-binary) trauma survivor, I provide a warm, non-judgmental space paired with evidence-based practices to help you heal and connect with yourself and others. I use an anti-oppression and trauma-informed lens to help you understand how your mental health is affected by your identities, upbringing, and values in the current political environment.
I offer office, video telehealth, and equine therapy (horses and donkeys!) for children, young adults/teens, adults, families, and couples+. I am trained in EMDR and CFTSI (for kids who recently experienced or disclosed a traumatic experience).
I have worked with a broad range of clients and am particularly skilled at working with families, advocates/organizers, and people who have experienced trauma/abuse, who self harm or are suicidal, who are gender creative/trans/gender exploring, and who are navigating sexual/romantic relationships, including dating, marriage, divorce, and infidelity.
