About
Do you feel stuck? Need support? Lost a sense of yourself? I can help. I work collaboratively with you, and our work is driven by what you want to address in counseling. I use an interactive and empowering approach to work with you on increasing self-compassion and acceptance, improving ways of coping, increasing clarity around who you are and what you want in your life, and highlighting the ways that thoughts and feelings impact you. My goal is to help you identify and utilize your strengths to create the life that you want.
I work with individual adults ages 18 and older. Some of the areas I have particular experience, clinical training, and expertise include: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, issues related to women, issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity, stress management, mindfulness, assertiveness, and self-acceptance.
My style is a balance of warmth and support, and respectful challenging to promote your insight and personal growth. I seek to provide a compassionate, safe, and accepting environment. Email or call with questions or to schedule an appointment. I look forward to meeting with you!
