I have been working with individuals, couples and families for over 25 years. I have always had a passion for helping people reach their potential and utilize their strengths to be the best version of themselves and to feel fulfilled in their lives. I love working with people to help them reach their goals as individuals but to also navigate their relationships with the people who are most important to them. Whether that be their partners, their families, their co workers or their friends.
I work with couples of all types, blended families, parent/child relationships and more to help people through challenging life transitions. Such challenges may include grief and loss, trauma, addiction and substance abuse, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, dating, marriage, navigating or recovering from divorce, and conflict resolution.
Sometimes as we are managing life it is helpful to have a trained professional to be along side us and help guide us through circumstances. Someone who can offer us an objective outlook, help hold us accountable, and help us to find our own answers. It takes courage to take that first step but can be rewarding to experience growth and a full life.
