I founded Eunoia Counseling & Consulting so that I could serve my community in an integrative way. I believe that we all get the most out of life when we are operating from our strengths and giving back in a meaningful way. My practice is built on that idea: we all matter and deserve support. In my previous experiences in agency and private practice employment, I often struggled with feeling overworked, underpaid, and unappreciated. I have meaningful experience working with post traumatic stress, sadness, anxiety, trauma-related interpersonal issues, panic, ADHD and autism, mood disorders like depression/bipolar/generalized anxiety, religious trauma, developmental/learning concerns, chronic health problems, complicated grief, self-harm and suicidal feelings.
My goal as a therapist has always been to put in the time and energy to help any and all people that are willing to show up and get support for themselves.
