I’m an LPC trained in EMDR, Somatic Integration and Processing, and Play Therapy. I support children, teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, religious harm, neurodivergence, and identity exploration. My approach is affirming, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ clients and those healing from religious trauma. Whether through play or deep processing, I work to create a safe space to reconnect with your authentic self. Whether you're looking for support for your child or for yourself, I’m here to walk with you.

In child therapy, I use evidence-based play therapy to meet kids where they are—through imagination, movement, and safe connection. With adults, I use EMDR, talk therapy and some play offer a compassionate space to explore patterns, rebuild trust in your body and mind, and move toward deep emotional clarity and resilience.
