I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to feel heard, valued and validated. I feel as though it is my responsibility as a therapist to provide a safe and welcoming space for my clients to be open and vulnerable in order to allow for healing. When working with clients, regardless of their age or stage in life, I strive to meet them where they are and go where they need to go.
I have experience and passion for working with teenagers, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and those that may be exploring or struggling with their spirituality or religious beliefs. I feel as though my patience and empathy allow me to truly help those who are going through difficult times, walking along side my clients as they grow.
