I specialize in working with adults on issues such as managing stress, career and life transitions and creating healthy relationships. In addition, a high percentage of my practice is focused on working with couples on relationship issues. I work with adults in all phases of their relationships, whether they are considering marriage, experiencing struggles in their marriage and wanting to improve their situation or in the process of trying to end their relationship in a healthy way. The goals and process for my clients vary depending on the unique circumstances of each individual and relationship.
My approach is to support my clients in identifying goals for their therapy process. Together we uncover their thoughts and feelings and the impact they have on how they are experiencing their life and work to make changes that move them towards the goals they hope to achieve.
