I offer holistic therapy for teens, adults, and couples in San Francisco and throughout California. My practice supports people navigating anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, identity exploration, relationship challenges, sex and intimacy, repeating emotional or relational patterns, and whatever you may bring into the space. Together, we work to better understand your lived experience, strengthen self-awareness, deepen connection, and create meaningful, lasting change aligned with your values. Spirituality and deeper meaning are welcomed with curiosity and respect, without assumption or agenda.

Drawing on parts work, somatic awareness, and depth-oriented therapy, I support clients in exploring the emotional and relational dynamics that influence their lives. This work can help reconnect you with parts of yourself that may feel distant while creating greater clarity, balance, and resilience at a pace that feels supportive and collaborative.
