About
I am an openly queer therapist and advocate; I believe in loudly celebrating and validating who you are. I promise that I will show up for you as a therapist. I’m sarcastic and quirky, and I don’t color in the lines. Despite my non-traditional approach, I have years of experience in the field, serving, teaching, and leading in the community. I want to help you build insight into the amazing skills you already have and help you to learn new skills that empower you on your healing journey. Come rediscover and develop your Authentic Self with me!
I'm trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches to support you in your healing journey. With a strong feminist therapy approach, I look at how social injustice and inequalities have impacted your journey. I have specialized training in trauma interventions, stress reduction, anxiety, depression, mindfulness and DBT.
I am available for teletherapy or to see clients in office. To schedule an appointment today, give us a call or click "request appointment" to schedule a day and time that works best for you. I have a variety of times and days available to meet your busy scheduling needs, including nights and weekends.
