Groups
DBT Mental Health Group
I offer a safe space for youth to talk about mental health in a group setting. Our youth are faced with so many challenges such as bullying, peer pressure, academics, dating and parenting issues to name a few. Youth that participate in this group will learn skills to help them cope with feelings such as anger, depression and anxiety to name a few. This group will be held for 60 minutes weekly in person. Each week will introduce coping skills for various topics.
