I work with Clients who are in the midst of life changes (as YOU define them!). I bring solid support and a variety of tools to assist in navigating the gaps between past, present, and future. Life is funny - (delightful, chaotic, maddening at times) and frequently does not go according to plan. I'm here to help you cross the chasm between Point A & Point B, stabilize your footing, and regain confidence as you successfully move forward on the path. To promote truth in advertising: I swear a lot and frequently run 5 minutes tardy. We are each perfectly imperfect humans, making our way through life - myself included!
To maintain momentum and focus through the therapy process, I usually assign homework between sessions. Here's what I mean: Experiments (trying new techniques/tools). Journaling/Voice to Text with prompts. Reading articles. Watching YouTube Videos, Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Reels.
Certainly my approach isn't for everyone, and that's absolutely OK. There are hundreds of beyond qualified and wonderful therapists that you'll see on Psychology Today! It can be overwhelming, especially if you're a newbie to Therapy. If anything I've written describing my approach, process, or style appeals to you, I encourage you to give me a jingle.
