When your sensitive, anxious, perfectionistic, or impulsive child is overwhelmed by big feelings, it can feel like nothing you try actually helps. You’ve done the charts, rewards, consequences, gentle parenting, and you’re still met with meltdowns, shutdowns, or tricky behaviors. You’re exhausted and worried. I get it. Kids need more than strategies. They need felt-safety, connection, and room to express themselves. That’s where child-centered, attachment-based play therapy can make a real difference.
Using play, art, sand tray, and somatic tools, I help kids make sense of big feelings, calm their bodies, and grow confidence from the inside out. I also offer parent support so you feel more connected, equipped, and supported.
