Hello! I want to provide you with some helpful information to support you decide whether we might be a good fit for therapy: We might be a good fit if you are experiencing any of the following: - Anxiety - Depression - Trauma related issues - Body Image issues - Identity development - Relationship issues - Chronic stressors - Family dynamic issues - Life transitions. We will work collaboratively to achieve what you most desire to accomplish in therapy.
Whether you come with chronic mental health struggles or you've just began to notice something isn't right, I will meet you right where you are at and we will move forward at your pace. It is my firm belief that we are composed of many parts and that you are not defined by the mental health challenges you experience.
One of my greatest joys is walking alongside people as they choose to take steps toward healing and growth. My goal is to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment for you or your loved one to experience support, encouragement, and a greater sense of wholeness and health. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you feel we would be a good fit.
