Within my practice, I aim to provide a personal, non-judgmental, multi-dimensional approach to assist clients with identifying their strengths and challenges, becoming more self-aware, and ultimately empowering individuals to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I hope to provide tangible strategies/coping skills in order to improve your day-to-day.
