Having been born and raised on the Northwest Side of Chicago, it is incredibly meaningful for me to now serve the same community that helped shape who I am today. I approach this work with a deep sense of gratitude and humility, recognizing the privilege it is to be invited into someone’s story. I believe that while each person’s journey is unique, the need to feel understood and connected is something we all share. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as your authentic self, feel heard without judgment, and begin to make sense of your experiences. I strive to meet you with empathy, intention, and compassion.
Whether you are navigating challenges from the past, working through current stressors, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I am here to provide guidance and support along the way. My approach is rooted in authenticity and guided by an integrative lens, supporting each individual’s unique needs and goals through a strong therapeutic alliance.
In my clinical work, I have extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan in individual, family, and group settings. I specialize in working with children and adolescents and have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and those with disabilities, as well as adults facing trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use issues.
