My passion and mission are centered on empowering women of all ages to recognize their strengths, overcome challenges, and build the confidence they need to navigate the stressors of everyday life. I believe that every woman has the ability to create meaningful change in her life with the right support and tools.
In my practice, I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help women manage anxiety, depression, eating disorders, medical issues, and other challenges. By shifting negative thought patterns, CBT creates lasting emotional and behavioral change. I also draw from other modalities to ensure treatment is flexible and tailored to each client’s needs.
