Saturday and weeknight appointments available. I offer creative and experiential therapy for children, young adults and families who need help managing family conflict, healing from trauma, building resilience to manage life transitions and improving skills to cope with depression and anxiety. I use play therapy, expressive art, mindfulness techniques, yoga and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help cope, heal, increase self-esteem and problem solve. I am also trained in the Attachment Regulation and Competency model (ARC), motivational interviewing and solution-focused brief therapy.

I also offer clinical supervision to social workers and other mental health counselors.

I am genuine, friendly and strengths-based. I welcome all children and families to Boston Family Therapy & Wellness. I look forward to meeting you. Please visit my website for more information: https://www.bostonfamilywellness.com
