Hi, I’m Erin — Owner and Therapist at Bruner Therapy and Consulting, LLC- and as a therapist, I believe in real talk, deep healing, and helping you feel like yourself again! I work with people dealing with anxiety, identity shifts, burnout, messy family dynamics, and moments that feel too heavy to carry alone.

I’m trained in CBT, DBT, and EMDR, and I love helping clients process past trauma, shift old belief patterns, and break generational cycles that no longer serve them. My clients range from young teens who want to break the cycle early on, to young adults who are seeing its just not working, to adults who are sick of repeating the same pattern.
