I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) specializing in trauma therapy for children and adults. I have experience supporting diverse youth in school-based and community mental health settings, and I work with clients of all ages. I am passionate about helping my clients navigate trauma, life transitions, and emotional or social challenges in ways that feel supportive, and empowering. I take a person-in-environment approach, tailoring treatment to each client’s strengths, relationships, and broader systems.
I use play therapy, trauma-informed CBT, art therapy, mutual aid, and the IFS four-chair model to support children in expressing and working through difficult experiences in a nurturing, supportive environment. With adults, I integrate CBT and creative arts. My work is informed by a commitment to human rights and systemic understanding.
I bring a warm, client-centered approach that helps children and adults feel supported, even if they are unsure or nervous about starting therapy. I provide a nonjudgmental space where clients can heal at a pace that feels right for them. I am currently accepting new clients for both in-person and virtual sessions, with immediate availability.
