Hello! My name is Erin (she/her), and I’m so excited for the opportunity to work with you! In my practice, I meet every client with authenticity, curiosity, empathy, and compassion. I believe we are all complex human beings, and every emotion we feel exists for a reason. When difficult emotions like sadness begin to feel heavier than joy or peace, it’s a sign that something needs attention. I am here to help you navigate those heavy moments, working through the difficulty to create space for more lightness, joy, and peace to return.
As your counselor I will help you reduce the overwhelm, exhaustion, and frustration difficult emotions and experiences often bring. I have a toolkit of strategies and techniques I can teach you that you can take outside the therapy room into your everyday life.
Life never stops challenging us, and I help people build tools and find the inner strength to creatively meet those challenges. I have extensive experience helping clients navigate anxiety, grief, complex medical diagnoses, major life transitions, self exploration, burn out, and the pressures of work, academics, and athletics.
