I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate who enjoys working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. When working with children and families I like to incorporate games, crafts, and humor. I have experience with Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, Strengths-Based Parenting, Depression and Grief and Loss. It is my belief that therapy should be client-centered and individualized to meet your needs.
I see great value in strength-based and relational approaches. I utilize eco-systemic family therapy, relational therapy, TF-CBT, DBT, mindfulness based interventions, internal family systems, solution focused therapy and motivational interviewing. I am also trained in the Gottman Method for couples counseling.
I know starting treatment can be scary, but our time together will be a safe space to work on your goals.
