Sharing who you are with someone you have yet to meet takes a lot of courage and vulnerability. I have a lot of respect for those taking this, often challenging, step to seek therapeutic support. I view therapy as a space for us to collaborate and work together to understand and define the goals and changes you wish to see for yourself. Together we will explore thoughts, feelings and challenges so we can work towards the life you want to be living.
My style is grounded in a whole person and strengths-based approach. This means I take a holistic view and prioritize your potential and capabilities. The space I provide is non-judgmental and full of empathy, compassion, and active listening. I am trained in and love to offer various modalities that allow us to address your presenting challenges together.
