I have 14 years of experience in mental health and have worked with a wide range of clients and client concerns, including depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, gender identity, and grief. I also have extensive experience and knowledge working with those who have experienced sexual violence and intimate partner violence, as well as human trafficking.
I make sure to listen deeply to each client and that what we do in session each week is applicable to your real life and helps you better understand and interact with the world around you.
