I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders & relationship issues in adults. I collaborate with my clients to determine a treatment plan tailored to meet their specific needs and goals related to their OCD, PTSD, trauma, panic attacks, social anxiety, health anxiety, phobias, generalized anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. I use a wide variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Interventions, & Exposure and Response Prevention to help my clients get to the root of their issues and develop the tools to take control of their lives.
I aim to help clients build self-awareness, increase self-compassion, find answers and solutions to problems they are facing, make value based decisions & create/maintain healthy and fulfilling relationships.
I offer a collaborative and caring yet active, direct, and solution focused approach to therapy. Clients describe leaving my office feeling a sense of relief, peace and hope and having the tools and confidence to live empowered and meaningful lives.
