I believe therapy is a collaborative and present-centered process where I aim to provide a supportive space for you to explore the range of your experience. Perhaps you've been struggling to slow down, settle, and tame your anxious mind. Maybe you're a high achiever, but somehow you never feel like you've made it. Or perhaps you're recognizing your relationships aren't what you dreamt them to be. To support you, I utilize a trauma-focused approach to help you build insight into patterns holding you back, and build a pathway for new patterns to emerge.
I am an integrative somatic therapist practicing with abundant awareness of the mind-body connection to address anxiety, trauma, panic, self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing and relationship issues. I use EMDR, somatics, mindfulness, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and cognitive behavioral techniques to support you and your journey.
My goal is to help you reshape the beliefs, thought patterns, and behaviors that hold you back from living the life you want.
