I utilize a variety of treatment methods to support you. My approach is humanistic, body-centered, and experiential. I may incorporate mindfulness, body awareness, and cognitive behavioral methods to target thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. All of my approaches serve my specialties including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and family dynamics.
My hope for our work is to help you develop greater self-awareness and repair negative thought patterns that hold you back from living the life you want.
