My doctoral dissertation work was focused on ADHD symptoms in women & I am passionate about making sure women have been correctly diagnosed & treated. I treat ages 15+ struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, phase of life problems, abuse, self-harm, LGBTQ+ issues, & mood disorders. ADHD Diagnostic assessments are also available.
I utilize a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) informed trauma treatment.
