My doctoral dissertation work and current research is focused on ADHD symptoms in women & I am passionate about making sure women have been correctly diagnosed & treated. I treat ages 15+ struggling with ADHD (including diagnostic assessments), depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, phase of life problems, abuse, self-harm, LGBTQ+ issues, & mood disorders.
I utilize a variety of approaches, considered Integrative Psychotherapy, which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, dreamwork, solution-focused, and bi-lateral stimulation as an option for trauma treatment.
