Openings starting in November. Reaching out for help can be a difficult step, and I'm happy you’ve decided to take it. I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in supporting teens, college students, adults and those navigating marriage, pregnancy, children, and infertility. I work collaboratively with clients to make a plan that fits their individual needs and strengths. Additionally, for fellow social workers, I offer clinical supervision, whether you're working toward your LICSW or are seeking case consultation and support.
I have worked and trained in a variety of mental health settings. I am certified in Trauma Focused CBT and in treating infertility, perinatal and postpartum issues as well as miscarriage and infant loss . I have experience in helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, career/school struggles and life transitions.
A crucial part of successful therapy is the client-therapist relationship. I aim to create a safe, welcoming and nonjudgmental space, so that clients can feel empowered to make the changes they want in their lives.
