I know you are the expert on your own life and I view therapy as a collaborative process to deepen your self-awareness, whether you’re newly diagnosed or just starting to question if you may be neurodivergent. I love helping my clients grow in their self-understanding and acceptance of their unique neurodiverse brains. As a neurodivergent therapist I get how hard it can be to exist comfortably in a world that wasn’t made for you. I’m here to help you build a life that supports your needs!
Many of my clients come to therapy in the depths of autistic burnout, struggling with sensory overwhelm, or wishing to unmask and show up more authentically in their lives and relationships. I love working with late-diagnosed and high-masking women. I'm sex-positive and LGBTQ+ affirming. I have specialized training in pregnancy and postpartum mental health.
I provide a warm, empathic, and judgement-free environment to explore your concerns. I love to laugh and be sarcastic with my clients. I invite you to show up to therapy as your authentic, beautiful, messy self! For clients newly exploring neurodivergence, I also offer informational neuro-affirming Autism and ADHD assessments.
