Are you tired of things being so tough with your kids? You can see that your child or teen is struggling, but you're not sure what to do to help. I will use play therapy with your child, offer a safe space for your teen, and support you in learning ways to manage things at home so it feels do-able again.
It can be difficult when we feel stuck and feel it's impossible to get started on the path to more peace at home. I will be with you and your family throughout this process, while providing support and encouragement. I will work with your child or teen, and also with you to feel better.
