Are you tired of things being so difficult at home with your kids? You can see that your child or teen is struggling, but you're not sure what to do. They may be having difficulties in school, not completing their work or refusing to participate. They may have experienced trauma, such as a parental divorce, a medical trauma, being bullied or death of a loved one. Sometimes they seem down on themselves, sad, angry or worried and you're not sure why. You try so hard to help them, but things aren't getting better. All you want is for your child to be okay. You're wanting things to be good again, and have a happy, less stressful life.
It doesn't have to be this way! Things can get better for you and your child. I will use play therapy to help your child manage their strong emotions and improve their behaviors. I will allow your teen a safe place to work through their challenges. And I will support you in learning ways to manage things at home so you feel like parenting is do-able again.
It can be difficult when we feel stuck and feel it's impossible to get started on the path to more peace at home. I will be with you and your family throughout this process, while providing support and encouragement. I will work with your child or teen, and also with you to feel better. There is hope for a brighter, less stressful future with your family!
