I utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques with humanistic approaches, which means that the questions I ask incorporate your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families and have worked with individuals age 3-102. My previous clinical locations include a community mental health center, public schools, nursing home, and psychiatric hospital.
