About
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who has been working within the field for 10+ years. My work focuses on both assessment and treatment of toddlers, children, and teens who are experiencing difficulties with behavior, mood, development, and cognition. Though I tailor my treatment to the individual needs of each client, I most often incorporate behavioral and solution-focused techniques and work collaboratively with others in the child's life. Now in private practice, I previously worked for various schools and clinics in Chicago, IL, Nationwide Children' s Hospital in OH, and the National Institutes of Health in MD.
My specialty areas include: ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, mood disorders (e.g. depression and anxiety), developmental disorders and related symptoms (feeding disorders, sleep problems, toilet training), cognitive and learning impairments, disruptive behavioral problems, social difficulties, parent coaching, and family relationship issues.
I understand that treatment is an expensive investment in both money and time, and I believe that finding a "best fit" is the most important part of successful treatment. Our office has recently expanded...we would love to match you with one of our clinicians, but will also help to connect you with another office if that is in your best interest.
