I have worked with adults with mental health concerns for 15 years. I have worked in various positions in the mental health field which gives me a well-rounded approach to the issues that people face. I enjoy working with adults with a variety of issues, including grief, depression, anxiety, and couples counseling, aging, and caregiver stress.
I am able to understand and empathize with those who are experiencing grief, loss, sadness, and anxiety. I help people find hope and growth in situations that are often overwhelming or difficult to cope with. Together we can help you reach your best potential.
