I utilize Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Relational Therapy and other family system techniques in counseling to individualize therapy to each client's needs and goals. I work with clients and families to find possible solutions and positive outcomes.I hope to be my client's best advocate in challenging times by focusing on solutions, resources and personal strengths.
My professional experience includes working with adolescents, adults and families. Clients who come to see me often struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, co-dependency, grief and loss, life transitions, family issues, parenting issues, self-worth, considering a relationship change, or just want to be better versions of themselves.
