My focus is to help adults reconnect with themselves, heal at the root, and create meaningful, lasting change rather than simply coping or surviving. I provide trauma-informed, holistic care for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, mood disorders, and chronic stress. My work is grounded in the belief that healing occurs when the mind, body, and spirit are addressed together, with particular attention to emotional regulation, burnout, and the impact of long-term stress.
My approach integrates traditional psychotherapy with mindfulness- and body-based practices to support nervous system regulation and sustainable growth. Treatment may include talk therapy alongside meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, sound and energy techniques, and Reiki, depending on each client’s preferences and goals.
I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel safe, empowered, and deeply supported as they move toward greater balance, self-connection, and emotional well-being.
