Starting therapy can be feel scary and uncertain, I am here to listen and encourage you through the brave first steps you have taken. With over 18 years of experience, my specializations include working with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationships and adjustment concerns. I provide support, empathy, honest, caring feedback and recommendations. It is my goal to assist the client in their accomplishing goals through their life journey after rapport has been established in the initial phases of therapy. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person Centered Therapy with a solution focus within a safe therapeutic environment. Determining the goals and what's important for the client will ultimately drive the direction of the strategies that are developed. An important aspect of work during the therapeutic process is meeting the client where they are.
