I have a passion for providing others with support as they navigate through the ups and downs of life. I believe there is great importance in a safe, non-judgement, and supportive therapeutic environment and relationship.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master of Education in Counseling. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and families. I have provided therapeutic support for issues, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, self-harm, and family conflicts through the use of CBT, DBT, and Exposure Therapy.
