I am a licensed therapist with a specialization in Art Therapy.
Much like my taste in music, I bring an eclectic mix of things into the room & am flexible in how I work knowing each individual/family needs a different combination of strategies, education, & tools to meet their goals. I pull from systems, CBT, motivational interviewing, narrative, play therapy, bibliotherapy, humor, & Art Therapy.
I have over a decade of experience supporting youths, adults, and families with anxiety, identity exploration, depression, self-harm, relationship challenges, suicidal symptoms, trauma, grief & loss, family changes, adjustment and life stage changes, social/peer challenges, stress, communication challenges, fears, and ADHD.
