I specialize in working with those with mood and personality disorders, and have worked in a variety of settings including: residential settings for people with developmental disabilities, veterans, substance abuse issues, and domestic violence issues. I use evidence based practices to help individual, couples, children and teens build the skills necessary to live a successful and happy life.
I use a variety of different treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, CPT, trauma informed interventions and the Gottman method) to assist clients through navigating their struggles. Everyone is different and may require different types of therapy than what is generally prescribed for their diagnosis. We will try everything we need to figure out what works for you.
