At some point in our lives, we all need a helping hand, but are not always sure where to turn to. I believe that everyone deserves and has the right to mental health care, no matter who they are. I strive to make my practice as inclusive as possible and I am committed to creating an affirming, safe, and judgement free environment for all of my clients. All while creating a partnership that helps them feel heard, validated, and is committed to helping them reach their goals. I encourage my clients to be their authentic selves during the healing process, utilizing our sessions to express themselves openly without fear of judgement.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S). I provide both mental health and substance abuse counseling. I have experience with adolescents, adults and couples, as well as experience working with individuals involved in the justice system. My training includes: EMDR, CBT, CBT-i, TF-CBT, DBT, MI, Flash technique, and projective techniques.
