I support teens, adults, individuals, and couples navigating mental health, substance use, and trauma. Using a trauma-informed approach, I create a safe, collaborative space to process experiences, build resilience, and strengthen coping. My work is IFS-informed, integrating EMDR, CBT, and DBT in a flexible, holistic approach tailored to your needs and pace.

I know taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to make the process as easy and welcoming as possible.
