Sometimes kids don’t have the words for what they’re feeling—and honestly, adults don’t always either. That’s where play comes in. Play is a child’s natural language. Through play-based, child-centered counseling, I help kids express big feelings and feel confident being themselves while building self-trust, coping skills, and connection at their own pace. And while play may look different as we grow, the need for a supportive space doesn’t disappear. For teens and young adults navigating anxiety, identity, or or life transitions, therapy becomes a place to slow down, untangle patterns, and take steps toward what matters most.
I’m a bilingual, first-generation therapist offering play therapy interventions for kids, plus humanistic and cognitive-behavioral approaches for teens and young adults. I tailor each session to your child’s or your needs, all with cultural sensitivity, creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore and grow
