Anxiety, Disordered Eating, Body Image, and Self-esteem. These areas are often interconnected and rooted in underlying trauma and attachment patterns. My work focuses on helping you understand and shift these patterns so you can feel more secure, confident, and grounded. You look like you have it together, but internally you feel anxious, overwhelmed, and exhausted from overthinking everything. You may struggle with your relationship with food, your body, or your relationships with others, and wonder why it still feels so hard to say no to people, feel the need for perfection and feeling like you’re never good enough.

Hi, I’m Erika, a licensed psychotherapist with over 11 years of experience. I specialize in working with teen girls and women in their 20s and 30s navigating anxiety, perfectionism, self esteem, body image, disordered eating, and relationship dynamics. My approach is integrative, trauma informed, and tailored to you.

Maybe you tried therapy before, but didn't get to the root of it. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you regulate emotions, shift unhelpful patterns, and build a stronger sense of self. I also offer a faith-integrated approach for clients who desire it. Together, we focus on creating meaningful, lasting change.

Many teen girls feel overwhelmed by expectations at school and in their social lives while trying to figure out who they are and where they belong. This supportive group provides a space to talk openly, connect with peers, and learn practical coping skills. Participants will develop tools to manage anxiety, improve communication, build healthier relationships, and strengthen self esteem while navigating the challenges of high school in a safe and supportive environment.
