Hi, I’m Erika, a licensed psychotherapist with over 11 years of experience. I specialize in working with adolescent and young women navigating anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, self-esteem concerns, body image struggles, and disordered eating patterns.

I specialize in working with high-achieving, self-aware women who are ready to move beyond simply managing symptoms and begin understanding the deeper emotional patterns driving them. This is an 8-week virtual therapy group for women who are tired of feeling stuck in cycles of body criticism, food guilt, comparison, and self-doubt. Together, we will explore the emotional, psychological, and social factors that shape body image and your relationship with food. Topics include breaking food rules, managing emotional eating, reducing comparison, building self-compassion, improving body respect, and developing sustainable, balanced habits. This supportive group is designed to help you feel more confident, grounded, and connected to yourself beyond appearance. Pre-group screening required.
