Hi I'm Erika! I support individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, addiction recovery, self-worth struggles, and complex family systems, especially in high-expectation or multicultural environments. Therapy with me is about insight, healing, and meaningful change—not just getting by. Many of my clients feel pressure to hold everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed or stuck internally. We work together to better understand these patterns and begin shifting them in a way that feels sustainable.

In therapy, you’ll find a warm, grounded space where you can be honest without judgment. I blend client-centered care with EMDR, Brainspotting, and other evidence-based approaches, moving gently and at a pace that feels safe. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and gently direct—offering both emotional support and practical tools.

As a bilingual English/Spanish therapist, I understand multicultural and bicultural family dynamics, intergenerational trauma, and identity development.
