I specialize in helping deep feelers and thinkers heal past wounds, generational and belonging trauma, and break cycles that feel overwhelming in order to live a life aligned with your passions, dreams and values. We co-create a space to work on a profound level so you can actualize your healing potential and experience the wellness you desire. If you value community impact and want to contribute to collective healing, we need to address our own wounds and patterns. It is possible to experience relief, confidence, and feel grounded and aligned in yourself, your relationships and life. Now offering ASD/ADHD assessments for adults.
I use a highly relational approach using a wide network of practices and techniques to individualize and maximize the process of growth. I incorporate tools and approaches involving the mind, body and spirit in order to deeply integrate the healing and change you desire. I often utilize trauma, inter-sectional, somatic, art and depth approaches.
I work with neurodivergent people, those struggling with wounds of belonging, those recovering from toxic systems, and those who have had poor experiences with the wellness field. Portal Wellness offers a holistic approach including ADHD coaching, life coaching, skills training, intensive therapy retreats and more! We take your wellbeing seriously!

Although therapy is individualized to the client, my approach generally has 4 phases: Insight building, skill building, healing, and practicing. Most of my clients should see positive impacts of therapy within the first 6 sessions, and hope to see shifts within three months. The more we invest together the more impact you will see! I am compassionate but directive because invested in your growth!

It is important to me to work as holistically as possible. This means working with our brain (our narrative, thoughts, analytics), our bodies (somatic, polyvegal, embodiment), and our spirit (connection to meaning, inner child, IFS, purpose). As we move through therapy you should gain confidence, skills, and capacity to create the change you seek.
