I want you to feel seen, foster a deeper understanding of your journey, and find answers and solace through your own innate intuition.

If you're new to art therapy you may not have known creativity can unlock deeper understanding and connection. Sometimes we get stuck on a judgmental message from 1st grade that we aren’t “good” at artmaking. Well, I say forget that! You ARE inherently creative and it’s okay to explore your whys and hows using the logical AND intuitive sides of your brain.

You get to lead at your comfort level and I will authentically support you using tools and techniques (whether open-ended or structured) to guide you.
