Hi, I’m Dr. Erika Miley (she/her)—a licensed mental health therapist, certified sex therapist, and clinical sexologist. I specialize in working with neurodivergent folks, people recovering from sexual assault, individuals with chronic illness (including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome), and anyone navigating pelvic pain, sexuality, identity, or shame.
My clients often come from LGBTQIA+ communities, especially cis-women and assigned-female-at-birth people who are tired of feeling like their needs are “too much” or “not enough.” Together, we’ll work to untangle the stuck points—whether that’s around intimacy, gender or sexual identity, trauma, ADHD, or feeling safe in your own skin.
