My therapeutic style combines cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused interventions, mindfulness, as well as a strength-based and empowerment approaches.
I believe in people, and I believe in change. We all have issues at some point in our life, and sometimes we need someone free of judgment to support and guide us through the healing process.
