My name is Erika Lucas and I am an LMHC providing counseling/psychotherapy services. I specialize in working with late teen, young adult, and adult clients seeking supports for ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I help by using holistic and eclectic conceptualizations and approaches to meet your goals, increase self-awareness, cultivate compassion with accountability, empower through knowledge, and hopefully have some fun in the process!
My practice is unique because I draw on over a decade of work in the Holistic Wellness field as a Yoga Teacher and Body/Energy-Worker, in addition to my traditional clinical training in the mental health field. Additionally, I bring lived experience (and executive functioning supports) to clients navigating life with ADHD, Autism, and/or AuDHD.
