Do anxiety, perfectionism, or low self-esteem interfere with your life? Do you overthink, procrastinate, or feel disconnected from who you want to be? If so, you are not alone. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and challenges related to self-worth, perfectionism, religious/spiritual exploration, and life transitions. Many begin therapy feeling overwhelmed by their relationships, expectations of self, social media comparison or academic pressures. Together we can slow down, build emotional awareness, and develop tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and resilient.
My approach integrates CBT, mindfulness, self-compassion and existential therapy to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also weaving in meaning, purpose and direction. For clients interested in trauma therapy, I offer EMDR to support the safe processing of past experiences at a pace that is personalized and empowering.
