I am a client-centered based cognitive behavioral Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who conducts therapy through the lens of a Humanistic Approach. I like to meet clients where they are in the present moment.

I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with minors in both Creative Writing & Art at The University of California Merced and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy at Palo Alto University. I find joy in having the opportunity to help individuals acquire the skills needed to live a fulfilling life.
