Using cognitive therapy techniques and psycho-education as the backbone for treatment planning, I can help you develop a clear plan for improving your life and important life relationships.
I understand the need of mental health services and how sometimes going into a traditional office setting may be near to impossible for some. Lack of transportation, income, childcare, confidentiality, etc. just to name a few may be barriers in one choosing not to seek treatment.
